James Heineman Research Award

The James Heineman Research Award is endowed with €60,000 and is to recognize outstanding research achievements of exceptionally highly-qualified young (ideally not older than 40 years), non-tenured scientists. The prize is to encourage outstanding academic achievements in international collaboration. Furthermore, the Award should give an additional impulse to the field of research in question. The Award is for research purposes and can be used at the discretion of the recipient.
